Training specifically designed for 5-16yr olds. Promotes fitness at age appropriate levels and focuses on making fitness training fun. Our kids program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of calisthenics, weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio. There isn't a strength, conditioning or fitness program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities and drills. Classes are held during school term on Mondays & Wednesdays after school. Limited spaces available, as classes are capped. Cost is $110 per term.
Jervis Bay Fitness Centre has a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach as part of their team. A Health Coach works with the client to develop an individualized wellness program to meet their nutritional and health needs.
Health coaches apply core competencies of coaching psychology, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy to help clients address areas in their lives that they want to improve. They help them strive to reach their optimal level of health and wellness.
