CROSSFIT 

Our CrossFit classes consist of a Workout of the Day (WOD). Each day a new WOD is posted on our CrossFit members site.

 

It forms part of a complete program designed to improve strength and conditioning by the integration of weightlifting, cardio and gymnastics into a high intensity workout.

 

All WODs are scalable making CrossFit suitable for everybody and is a great social way to keep fit. 

ZONE 7

Zone 7 Fitness is a HIIT functional fitness class suitable for all levels focusing on seven elements of fitness: Strength, Functional, Mobility, Technique, Nutrition, Longevity and Community.

 

Classes are constantly varied and incorporate a system capable of recording heart rate, calories burnt and workout effectiveness.

 

Class locations can be found in Jervis Bay, Bomaderry and Ulladulla with the flexibility of using all locations under one membership.

CROSSFIT KIDS

Training specifically designed for 5-16yr olds. Promotes fitness at age appropriate levels and focuses on making fitness training fun. Our kids program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of calisthenics, weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio. There isn't a strength, conditioning or fitness program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities and drills. Classes are held during school term on Mondays & Wednesdays after school. Limited spaces available, as classes are capped. Cost is $110 per term.

 

OLYMPIC WEIGHT LIFTING

For members seeking to excel in their lifting capabilities we offer specialised Olympic Weightlifting classes.

 

These classes are facilitated  by experienced coaches and focus solely on the 'Clean & Jerk' and 'Snatch' exercises. We provide personalised training to ensure you learn the lifts correctly.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training sessions are available for individuals or as a small group. Classes start from $35 for 30 min and are tailored to meet client's specific requirements.

WEIGHT TRAINING

Located on our mezzanine level, Jervis Bay Fitness Centre offers an Open Gym to its members to come in and complete any independent weight training.

 

Assistance could be provided by our Personal Trainers to develop a Fitness Plan to assist clients with meeting their individual goals. 

HEALTH COACHING

Jervis Bay Fitness Centre has a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach as part of their team. A Health Coach works with the client to develop an individualized wellness program to meet their nutritional and health needs. 

 

Health coaches apply core competencies of coaching psychology, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy to help clients address areas in their lives that they want to improve. They help them strive to reach their optimal level of health and wellness. 

STRETCH CLASS

A customized conditioning class incorporating yoga and stretches that are specific and targeted towards our programming.

 

These classes will assist with increasing flexibility, mobility and overall health and wellbeing.

Come along and try a class of a different intensity to complete your weekly fitness and wellness routine.

KIDS CORNER

CrossFit Jervis Bay offers an enclosed safe area for children to play whilst guardians are using the facilities.

 

Staff can assist with the supervision of the children at certain times. Please speak with the staff for more information. 

The area contains some toys and television facilities for the children to enjoy. Children are allowed to bring their own items into the area.
